Large corporations such as McDonalds, Apple, Danone and General Motors have for decades used ‘corporate academies’ to upskill their frontline and management staff in-house. But for the majority of companies, limited training budgets and lack of staff time and resources has made the development of in-house universities or academies impractical.
What is the Build Future Skills Corporate Academy?
Many organisations share similar needs to upskill staff in technical and management fields. The Build Future Skills Corporate Academy provides member organisations with expanded in-house training and eLearning capacity. Academy members have access to the full library of workshop training materials and eLearning content necessary to deliver high quality customised programmes in-house. Academy members pay licence fees to cover the resources they use, only as they use them. No upfront development costs are required and a broad range of training and eLearning options are catered for.
