Workshop Overview
This interactive workshop will take place via Zoom on September 22nd, 2026 from 7pm – 9.15pm.
Non‑profit boards that employ staff need a solid understanding of human resources management because it directly affects governance quality, legal compliance, organisational performance, and the relationship between board and management. Ultimately, boards that understand the fundamentals of human resource management are much better equipped to carry out their employer responsibilities and oversee staff‑related systems without overstepping into management.
