Workshop Overview
This interactive workshop will take place via Zoom on November 11th, 2026 from 10am – 12pm.
This workshop introduces managers and board members to the mindset and methods required to create meaningful organisational impact, rather than focusing purely on operational activity. Participants explore how strategic intent translates into day‑to‑day decisions, behaviours, and priorities, and why effective management is ultimately measured by the value a team delivers to the wider organisation. This interactive workshop will support participants on the journey towards a more intentional, data‑informed and outcome‑focused approach to leadership. Training is intended to help organisations move beyond “getting things done” to one that sees the right things moved forward.
