Workshop Overview

This interactive workshop will take place via Zoom on May 14th, 2026 from 10am – 12pm.

This workshop introduces learners to a range of AI-powered tools that are transforming how digital content is created, presented, and shared. The workshop provides a clear and accessible introduction to AI and its everyday applications for work, business, and creative projects.

Participants will explore generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini, learning how to use them effectively for idea generation, content creation, research, and productivity support. The course also introduces AI-powered tools for video production and presentation design, including CapCut and Gamma, enabling learners to create engaging multimedia content quickly and efficiently.

As Head of Multimedia and Graphic Design at CramdenTECH, Eilís brings a wealth of experience gained since 2015 working closely with social enterprises, small businesses, and community organisations across Ireland. During this time, she has supported thousands of training participants, guiding them through elearning development, and helping them to upskill through mentoring, coaching, and in-person workshops. Eilís is committed to enhancing digital skills—particularly in artificial intelligence tools, social media, and website development and design—tailoring her approach to empower learners, nurture their capabilities, and build confidence at every stage.

Target Audience:

This workshop is suitable for beginners who are new to AI as well as SME’s, community and voluntary groups looking to understand and apply AI tools in a practical way.

Course Content:

This course provides a hands-on introduction to key AI tools used for content creation, productivity, and digital communication. Participants will gain an understanding of what AI is, how generative AI works, and how to use popular AI platforms responsibly and effectively. The training explores AI tools for writing, ideation, video production, presentations, and design, with a focus on practical applications that can be immediately applied in professional or personal contexts. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped to choose and use the right AI tools to support their goals while understanding best practice and ethical considerations.
