Workshop Overview
This interactive workshop will take place via Zoom on February 26th 2026 from 10am – 12.15pm.
Boards, committees, and managers play a decisive role in steering change efforts, making it vital for them to identify potential barriers to change and proactively develop strategies to overcome these obstacles. This workshop will empower participants to assess readiness for change, understand the characteristics and phases of the change management process, and master each step involved in planning and implementing successful change strategies. By strengthening their ability to anticipate resistance and address concerns constructively, leaders can foster a positive environment where innovation thrives and organisational goals are realised.

Caroline is founder and Managing Director of CramdenTECH Ltd. She is a highly experienced business and training professional with a career spanning over three decades in both senior and middle management roles within third-level institutions in Ireland and Finland, as well as the non-profit sector. Currently serving as Managing Director of a leading capacity building, e-learning, and training consultancy, she brings twenty years’ lecturing and training expertise in business and industry topics, and seventeen years specialising in social enterprise development, strategic and business planning, corporate governance, fundraising, and communications for non-profits in Ireland. Caroline’s extensive background also includes international marketing management, instructional design, and hands-on experience supporting staff and directors across numerous organisations.

This interactive workshop is specially designed for managers and board members from small to medium-sized organisations, as well as non-profit groups, who are eager to lead and implement organisational change. It is also ideally suited to non-profits seeking to foster greater understanding and build positive support for their missions and work within their local communities.

Finally, participants will be guided through the key steps involved in planning and implementing effective change management strategies.
