CramdenTECH’s ‘Managing Productivity’ programme has been specifically designed to assist supervisors and team leaders in bridging the gap between management theory and practical implementation. Utilising an action learning methodology, the programme empowers managers to immediately apply newly acquired skills and knowledge within their everyday work. This practical approach results in improved organisational performance and increased productivity. The programme will also explore the role of AI in modern supervisory management.
