Programme Overview
This programme of 3 x 2 hour interactive workshops will take place via Zoom on the following dates in February: 11th, 18th, and 25th 2026 from 10am – 12pm each day.
Over the programme of three online workshops, participants will have an opportunity to:
- Explore how AI is changing customer behaviour, media and expectations.
- See how a chosen set of AI applications can be used for marketing research, content creation and campaigns.
- Discuss the role of AI in the development of an organisation’s brand and visual identity.
- Develop a practical action plan to integrate AI into an organisation’s marketing strategy.
Each workshop will provide clear, practical demonstrations of how AI applications can be utilised to enhance marketing efforts and strengthen brand development.
Trainer:
Caroline Egan M.B.S., B.B.S., Advanced Diploma in Applied Employment Law (Kings Inns)
Caroline is founder and Managing Director of CramdenTECH Ltd. She is a highly experienced business and training professional with a career spanning over three decades in both senior and middle management roles within third-level institutions in Ireland and Finland, as well as the non-profit sector. Currently serving as Managing Director of a leading capacity building, e-learning, and training consultancy, she brings twenty years’ lecturing and training expertise in business and industry topics, and seventeen years specialising in social enterprise development, strategic and business planning, corporate governance, fundraising, and communications for non-profits in Ireland. Caroline’s extensive background also includes international marketing management, instructional design, and hands-on experience supporting staff and directors across numerous organisations.
Eilís Kerins B.B.S., Higher Dip. Creative Multimedia Programming
As Head of Multimedia and Graphic Design at CramdenTECH, Eilís brings a wealth of experience gained since 2015 working closely with social enterprises, small businesses, and community organisations across Ireland. During this time, she has supported thousands of training participants, guiding them through elearning development, and helping them to upskill through mentoring, coaching, and in-person workshops. Eilís is committed to enhancing digital skills—particularly in artificial intelligence tools, social media, and website development and design—tailoring her approach to empower learners, nurture their capabilities, and build confidence at every stage.
Target Audience:
Workshops are designed for staff and volunteers who are responsible for marketing communications in their enterprises and organisations. This programme may also be beneficial for senior managers and CEO’s of small to medium sized enterprises and charities who wish to build a practical understanding of how AI can be leveraged to better effect in their organisations.
Programme Content:
This programme offers a comprehensive exploration of how artificial intelligence is revolutionising modern marketing and brand strategy. Across three interactive workshops, participants will delve into the foundations of AI in marketing, learn how to leverage AI tools for content creation and brand consistency, and develop practical approaches to planning and executing data-driven marketing campaigns. Each session is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to harness AI applications in their workplaces.

Workshop 1: AI Foundations for Marketing and Brand Strategy
- How AI is changing customer behaviour and expectations
- AI brand implications including positioning, voice, trust, and visual identity in an AI context.
- Using AI applications to research competitors and industry trends.
- How to map the implications of AI on your organisations marketing and brand strategy
Workshop 2: Create and Personalise Content with AI
- Using AI to support messaging and content creation for marketing campaigns.
- How to use AI applications to support visual content creation for social media and websites.
- How to use AI applications to present a consistent, identifiable brand identity across all marketing collateral including presentations, reports and video content.
Workshop 3: Marketing campaigns and action planning with AI
- Setting S.M.A.R.T. marketing objectives and metrics for individual marketing campaigns.
- How to use Business Meta Suite to support the planned roll-out of social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Using AI applications to help craft a week-by-week action plan to guide content creation for your campaign.
- The future of customisation in AI applications and tools.
Certificate of Completion:
Upon successful completion of this programme, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion issued by CramdenTECH Ltd.
