In today’s rapidly changing business environment, regulatory compliance is not just a legal obligation but a fundamental pillar upon which all organisations should be built. The Corporate Compliance Health Check workshop is designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and a practical methodology to identify the legal and regulatory requirements specific to their organisations. Caroline is founder and Managing Director of CramdenTECH Ltd. She is a highly experienced business and training professional with a career spanning over three decades in both senior and middle management roles within third-level institutions in Ireland and Finland, as well as the non-profit sector. Currently serving as Managing Director of a leading capacity building, e-learning, and training consultancy, she brings twenty years’ lecturing and training expertise in business and industry topics, and seventeen years specialising in social enterprise development, strategic and business planning, corporate governance, fundraising, and communications for non-profits in Ireland. Caroline’s extensive background also includes international marketing management, instructional design, and hands-on experience supporting staff and directors across numerous organisations.

Target Audience:

This workshop is designed for board directors and senior managers. It may also be of benefit to line managers and supervisors who oversee staff.

Using practical tools and templates, this workshop may be utilised as both an introduction to the topic of regulatory corporate compliance or be used to refresh and update current knowledge.

Furthermore, the workshop will explore practical strategies for managing a spectrum of risks—operational, strategic, governance, financial, reputational, and compliance—helping you safeguard your organisation in an ever-evolving regulatory landscape.
