UPDATE – SPRING 2016

– Companies that do not submit form N3 with amended constitution attached to the CRO before November 30th, 2016 will have their name changed from LIMITED to CLG automatically by the CRO after this date. The CRO will issue a new certificate of incorporation electronically. Only the name will be changed by the CRO, not the constitution (Memorandum and Articles of Association). This may have implications for documentation such as cheque books, websites, brochures, contracts, etc.
