Click the ‘Launch‘ button above to open the interactive eLearning resource. Click the   X  button (within the eLearning resource) located on the bottom right of the screen to close the eLearning resource.

The ‘Business Meeting Process’ lesson comprises an interactive eLearning resource that allows you to proceed at your own pace. To move through topics sequentially, click on the ‘Next’ button located on each screen. Use the scroll bar on the right of each screen to position the content in the viewer if necessary.
