According to new research carried out by Switcher.ie, in Ireland over a third of people are spending over 20 hours per week online.

It is estimated that a quarter of broadband users spend between 11-20 hours on line per week.

Irish adults are said to spend generally 13 hours per week online, 35-44 year olds are more likely to spend less than four hours online.
