Sheila run’s a small training and consultancy business based in Limerick, Ireland. She help’s community and voluntary organisations to improve their governance and management. Sheila is a member of the technical sub-group for the Governance Code for Community and Voluntary Organisations in Ireland.

Sheila has worked for over twenty years in the community and voluntary sector, focusing on organisational capacity building since 1995.
