Management style refers to the way in which supervisors or first-line managers go about doing their jobs. We might also describe management style as the way in which a person carries out the five core principles of management i.e. planning, organising, staffing, leading and controlling.

Our interactive learning resource explores the implications of management style in the workplace. We have set you a productivity challenge at the end of the resource to test your knowledge of the subject matter!
