This eLearning course is specially designed for managers and board members from small to medium-sized organisations, as well as non-profit groups, who are eager to lead and implement organisational change. It is also ideally suited to non-profits seeking to foster greater understanding and build positive support for their missions and work within their local communities.
Course Structure
During the course we explore a wide range of subjects essential to successful organisational change. You have an opportunity to gain insights into the nature of change and learn the “golden rules” for managing change effectively.
The course takes approximately 1.5 hours to review. Topics are self-contained to facilitate micro-learning for the time conscious participant.

Upon successfully completing the Final Course Quiz, participants may download free of charge a course Certificate of Completion.

Commence Course and General Instructions
Once you have purchased the course you will automatically be enrolled on the course:
